Pumping Solutions

Non-Metallic Pumps

For specialty chemicals, non-metallic pumps have an advantage over metallic ones. Metallic pumps typically have lower corrosion resistance or require very expensive alloys such as Inconel & Hastelloy to operate with aggressive materials.

Non-metallic pumps are typically made of: PP, PVDF, and PE-UHMW (ultra high molecular weight polyethylene) and provide a more suitable option for the chemical industry. These pumps have a robust metal armor lined with thick molded plastic liner achieving higher operational reliability and cost effectiveness.
